Steps for Starting the Boiler Feed Water Pump with Shenyang Water Pump

1. Check the pump and pipelines. Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the pump and pipelines are in normal condition and confirm that there is no damage, leakage, or blockage. If there      are abnormalities, maintenance or troubleshooting must be carried out first.
2. Evacuate and adjust the pump. Evacuate the air inside the pump and pipeline to ensure proper operation of the water pump. Open the exhaust valve until water flows out from the exhaust valve         port. Adjust the inlet and outlet pressure of the pump according to the environment to ensure stable operation.
3. Preparation before startup. Open the valve in front of the pump and adjacent system valves. Ensure that the power connections between the motor and the pump are correct, and that the                   direction of rotation of the motor is correct.
4. Start the pump and motor. Start the pump and motor, and observe if the direction of the feed pump motor is correct. If the direction is incorrect, it is necessary to replace the two power                      connections of the motor.
5. Adjust the valve and flow rate. Gradually open the pump inlet valve until the working flow rate is reached. At the same time, adjust the inlet and outlet pressure of the pump by adjusting the valve     or adjusting the starting flow rate to ensure stability.
6. Monitoring and adjustment. After starting, monitor the inlet and outlet pressure and flow rate of the pump to ensure they are stable within the normal range. If unstable, further adjustments are       needed.
7. Record and inspect. Throughout the entire startup process, record all key parameters and conduct a final inspection after the pump starts working normally to confirm that everything is normal.
These steps need to be strictly followed according to the operating procedures to ensure the safety of the startup process and the normal operation of the pump. If any abnormal situation is found during the startup process, the pump should be immediately stopped and necessary maintenance or repair should be carried out.
