Method for Judging the Fault of Shenyang Pump Balance Plate

The phenomenon of wear on the balance plate of the feedwater pump includes:
(1) The current of the feedwater pump increases and is unstable.
(2) The pressure in the balance chamber increases compared to normal, and the axial displacement of the pump increases.
(3) In severe cases, there is metal friction sound inside the pump and the sealing device emits smoke.
When the balance plate of the water supply pump is worn out, the operation of the water supply pump should be immediately stopped and the standby pump should be started.
