Design and development cooperation of water pump test bench

Develop various computer (water) pump test benches/performance test benches for professional pump units, pump users, and pump testing units, or renovate various unsatisfactory pump test benches.

The research and development of the test bench fully complies with the corresponding international and national standards, and the system accuracy can reach the highest accuracy of the corresponding standards. The standards that comply with are: ISO9906:2000 Rotodynamic pumps. Hydraulic performance acceptance tests. Grades 1 and 2; GB/T 3216-2005 Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test for Rotary Power Pumps, GB/T 12785-2002 Test Methods for Submersible Electric Pumps, GB/T 9064-88 Test Methods for Screw Pumps, GB6245-2006 Fire Pumps, GB/T 3216-89 Test Methods for Centrifugal, Mixed Flow, Axial, and Vortex Pumps, JB/T 8092-2006 Small Submersible Electric Pumps, JB 5118-2001 Submersible Sewage and Sewage Pumps JB/T 10601-2006 Vortex Self priming Electric Pump and JB8091-98 Screw Pump Test Methods.

The developed test bench can test various types of pumps, such as centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps, vortex pumps, submerged pumps, screw pumps, etc.

The developed test bench can test pump drive mechanisms such as single-phase AC motor, three-phase AC motor, DC motor, high-voltage motor, AC asynchronous motor, AC synchronous motor, 50Hz/60Hz AC motor (40-65Hz can be used), internal combustion engine, magnetic turbine, wind turbine, and solar motor.

Test scope: Motors of any size in power, pumps of any size in pipe diameter. It can be tested with high precision from a few watts of pumps used in aquariums to thousands of kilowatts used in power plants.

Test items: pump performance test, cavitation test, noise and vibration test, leakage test, bearing temperature rise test, operation test, as well as motor no-load test, load test, temperature rise test, locked rotor test, etc.

Measurement parameters: three-phase AC voltage, current, power, grid frequency, speed, pump inlet pressure, outlet pressure, flow rate, motor winding resistance, temperature, vibration, noise, torque (when using torque method), shaft power (when using torque method), etc.

Test medium: Various liquids: clean water, seawater, lubricating oil, gasoline, diesel, heavy oil.

Software environment: Chinese and English interface, developed in C++, running on Windows 98/ME/2000/XP. Database queries all tested pumps, queries, generates curves, and prints at any time. The printing format can be freely formatted using Word. The pump station/pump group testing management software is written using LabView, with a luxurious interface.

Pump performance and cavitation tests can calculate quantities such as head, flow rate, pump efficiency, unit efficiency, shaft power, and cavitation margin; Analyze indicators such as flow rate at rated head, head at rated flow rate, performance measurement intersection point, measured flow deviation, measured head deviation, and measured pump efficiency deviation; Draw the head flow rate (H-Q) curve and efficiency flow rate( η- Q) Curve, power flow rate (P-Q) curve, head NPSH curve, etc.

For fire pumps, the working pressures at 0.5Q, 0.7Q, 1.0Q, and 1.5Q can be analyzed under various suction depths.
