Structural features
1. connecting shaft structure
◆ the shaft connecting structure has high safety and reliability to ensure the balanced operation of the pump.
2. shell
◆ the double volute pump body (above outlet DN80) is used, which can balance most of the radial force, with small shaft deflection and vibration.
3. support
◆ the rotor components are supported at multiple points. The spacing between guide bearings meets the requirements of API610 standard to ensure that the allowable continuous speed is lower than the first critical speed. The rigid shaft design ensures that the pump operates smoothly and has little vibration to a greater extent.
◆ the rolling bearings are lubricated with grease or oil to ensure that they meet the service life requirements in API610. According to the condition of the medium, the sliding bearing of the submerged part can be externally washed or self washed.
4. shaft seal
◆ since there is a separate outlet pipe, there is no pressurized medium leakage along the axis. If the liquid is not volatile, the shaft seal may not be required, or various forms of Cartridge Mechanical Seal meeting the requirements of api682 standard may be used. The size of the mechanical seal cavity meets the requirements of API610 standard.
5. pump shaft
◆ rigid shaft design, high-strength pump shaft ensures the smooth operation of the pump.
6. insulation jacket structure
◆ liquid high-temperature sulfur can be transported by adding high-temperature heating jackets such as liquid outlet pipe, connecting pipe and pump body. It is used for molten sulfur with transportation temperature of 135 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 145 ℃ in the sulfur based sulfuric acid process.
