Structural features





1. New structure



Double inlets are used. The two inlets are located at both ends of the pump, and the outlet is located in the middle of the pump. The impellers on the rotor parts are completely symmetrically arranged, realizing the automatic balance function; Compared with the traditional multi-stage pump, the overall parts are reduced, achieving a new breakthrough in structure.





2. Advanced design technology



The finite element method is used for strength calculation to ensure the reliable structural strength of the product, the durable operation of the pump and the extended service life;



Using advanced CFD technology, according to the three-dimensional flow theory and grid division technology for flow analysis, the product efficiency is 5% - 8% higher than the traditional design method.



3. High efficiency and energy saving



1) The high-efficiency hydraulic model is adopted, and the efficiency of the optimized design model is more than 5% higher than that of the pump with year-on-year speed;



2) The double inlet structure at both ends of the pump does not need to be equipped with balance water pipes, and there is no volume loss caused by the leakage of balance water;



3) The pump body and rotor components are of symmetrical structure, without sealing device in high and low pressure area, avoiding volume loss caused by seal leakage;



4) Since the pump rotor has no loss of balance disc and axial pulsation, the shaft power is reduced and the pump operation efficiency is improved on the whole.



4. High cavitation resistance



NPSH must be 3 ~ 5m lower than that of horizontal split multi-stage pump to facilitate design and construction and pipeline installation.



5. High reliability



The pump body structure is completely symmetrical at both ends, the axial force is highly balanced, and the pump operates stably for a long time. Without wearing parts such as balance disc, it avoids the operation failure caused by frequent replacement of balance disc of ordinary pump, and has the characteristics of long-term and efficient operation.



6. Long maintenance free period



The modular and rapid assembly and disassembly design allows the pump to replace seals and bearings without disassembling the pump body and inlet and outlet pipelines. The balance disc and other vulnerable parts are eliminated in the pump, saving maintenance time and reducing maintenance costs.



Using precision casting, it has high interchangeability with ordinary pumps, reduces the number of maintenance and disassembly, extends the product life, and has a long maintenance free cycle, which largely avoids a series of problems caused by excessive disassembly and assembly, and reduces the maintenance cost.



7. Wide range of application



The small gap balance disc is canceled, and the flow passage capacity is greatly improved. The particle size of solid particles allowed by ordinary pumps is ≤ 0.5mm, while the maximum particle size allowed by parallel self balancing pumps can reach 1.5mm, which is more suitable for mine drainage with larger particle media.
