The limited company was established in 2001 and was formed by the merger of the branch and workshop of the former Shenyang Water Pump Factory specializing in the production of water pumps for 200MW and below thermal power units due to reform needs. In 2009, according to government requirements, it was restructured into a limited liability company with fully independent legal personality. Our company undertakes the design, manufacturing, quality control, and equipment manufacturing of the original limited company, mainly producing boiler feedwater pumps, condensate pumps, small and medium-sized power plant circulating water pumps, as well as pump products in the fields of nuclear power, military, petrochemical, refining and transportation, as well as environmental protection. At present, we have become a key enterprise in Shenyang's equipment manufacturing industry.

Our company's production base is located in the Shenyang Industrial Zone (within the Yuhong District Hardware Industrial Park), covering an area of 24000 square meters with a building area of 8000 square meters. We have 78 sets of production equipment, including 46 metal cutting machine tools and related quality monitoring equipment; We have 2 pump performance testing stations with a water tank capacity of 500m3, a maximum test flow rate of 3000 m3/h, and a maximum test pressure of 30Mpa; The maximum tonnage of the crane can reach 50 tons.

Our company currently has over 120 employees, including 6 senior technicians and technicians among the production workers. Among the 45 engineering and technical personnel, there are 5 professor level senior engineers, 12 senior engineers, and 18 engineers. The engineering and technical personnel are all senior engineering and technical personnel specialized in design, manufacturing, and quality management from the original Shenyang Water Pump Factory, who personally participated in the introduction and digestion of German KSB boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps, forced circulation pumps, petrochemical process pump technology from B.J. Company in the United States, offshore platform water injection pump technology from M+P Company in the United Kingdom, and fluid dynamic sealing technology from Bergman in Germany. Through the introduction and transplantation of modern technology, the application of CAD, CAM and other design methods, as well as the improvement of process level, we have independently developed a large high-pressure double shell multi-stage pump, which has reached the leading level in the same industry.

The company has strong processing capabilities and manufacturing capabilities, including key equipment such as large vertical lathes, precision boring machines, large long axis lathes, and grinding machines. It also has a comprehensive and systematic process specification to guide on-site work. In terms of inspection methods, having a high-speed dynamic balancing machine from Schenker in Germany, the product accuracy can reach G0.4 balance accuracy, ensuring the sustainable and stable operation of high speed pumps (6000 rpm), which is the prerequisite and key to improving product quality. We have equipment such as X-ray spectrum analyzer, magnetic flaw detector, full phase microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, and a complete set of physical performance testing machines, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the quality and reputation of pumps used in power plants, petroleum, nuclear power, and military enterprises.

Our company passed the ISO9001-2000 quality assurance system certification from the Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center in 2006, establishing a quality assurance system with full participation of all staff. We have established a quality department specifically responsible for quality work, which includes a product inspection room, a measuring instrument room, a performance testing center, and a physical laboratory. The Quality Department has a total of 10 full-time employees, including 1 senior engineer, 2 engineers, and 3 technicians. The Quality Department is responsible for implementing daily management of the operation of the quality system, responsible for internal and external quality audits, planning, organizational coordination, information collection and organization, technical preparation for user supervision and product inspection work, and responsible for quality inspection throughout the entire process, as well as the management of quality records and certificates. The measuring instrument room 78 is responsible for the management, maintenance, and supervision of measuring equipment. The physics laboratory is responsible for the physical and chemical analysis, mechanical performance testing, and non-destructive testing of raw materials and components. The Quality Department is directly responsible to the General Manager in terms of quality assurance, responsible for comprehensive quality management of technology, information, procurement and outsourcing, equipment, products, and after-sales services.

Since 2006, the company has been studying and implementing the GB/T10300 series of quality management and quality assurance standards (later known as the GB/T19000-ISO9000 family standards), which are equivalent to the ISO9000 series. This has standardized, programmed, and standardized quality work, and the quality system has become more perfect to ensure the production of high-level and high-quality products. And in 2014, it obtained the qualification of a qualified supplier from China National Nuclear Corporation.

In recent years, our company has been committed to developing new products and transforming old ones. At present, the company can produce 18 series, 42 varieties, and nearly 600 specifications of conventional products. We provide high-performance products and high-level services for enterprises such as power plants, oil refining, petrochemical, and chemical engineering.
